Returns and Refund Policy
We aim to provide quality products, but if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it:
Eligible Returns:
Only defective, damaged, or wrong products are eligible for return/replacement.
Non-Returnable:
Customized or print-on-demand items cannot be returned unless defective.
Reporting Issue:
Customers must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos of the product.
Refunds:
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges:
Replacement of the same item is possible if available in stock.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping charges are covered by us only if the error is on our side.
